A zoom combo class of Strasberg’s Method and the Meisner Technique.

In the first half class you will learn Strasberg’s relaxation technique chair work and by- the- book sense memory. Followed by sharpening the actor’s instrument with focus on Meisner’s repetition exercise and doors and activities.

The second half of class is dedicated to working our sense memory through scene and monologue work.
